He appeared on Saturday Night Live as both host and musical guest at the same episode twice, once with The Rolling Stones and once solo. The first time was on October 7, 1978 where they performed "Beast of Burden," "Respectable" and "Shattered" (which are all from the June 1978 album Some Girls) and the second time was on May 19, 2012 where he performed "The Last Time" with Arcade Fire, a medley of "19th Nervous Breakdown" and "It's Only Rock 'n Roll (But I Like It)" with Foo Fighters and "Tea Party" with Jeff Beck and the SNL Band.
He was also impersonated by Tim Curry on the December 5, 1981 episode during the "Mick!" sketch, by Martin Short on the November 17, 1984 episode during the "Me and Julio" sketch, by Mike Myers thrice (for dates, see infobox) and by Jimmy Fallon on the December 8, 2001 episode during the "Dressing Room" sketch. Jagger also joined Peter Tosh onstage for "(You've Got To Walk and) Don't Look Back," when Tosh was the musical guest.
