Katheryn Hudson (born October 25, 1984), known by her stage name Katy Perry, is an American singer, songwriter and actress best known for her voice role as Smurfette in the 2011 3D family film The Smurfs (co-starring Fred Armisen and Kenan Thompson) and for being spotlighted in the 2011 3D documentary concert film Katy Perry: Part of Me, which documents on her latest world tour the California Dreams Tour.

She appeared on Saturday Night Live twice, once as a musical guest and once as a host. The first time was on September 25, 2010 as a musical guest where she performed her hit singles "California Gurls" and "Teenage Dream" and also appeared in the "Bronx Beat" sketch as Maureen DiCicco and the SNL Digital Short, the second time was on December 10, 2011 as a host only, and appeared for the third time on October 12, 2013 as a musical guest where she performed "Roar" and "Walking on Air." Her fourth appearance will be on May 20, 2017.

She was also impersonated by Casey Wilson on the October 4, 2008 episode during the "The Less Provocative Songs Of Katy Perry" sketch and by Abby Elliott on the January 15, 2011 episode during the "Bar Mitzvah" sketch.
