The second episode of Season 41 and the 789th episode of Saturday Night Live premiered on October 10, 2015, hosted by stand-up comedian and actress Amy Schumer, star of Comedy Central's sketch comedy series Inside Amy Schumer, with musical guest The Weeknd, a Canadian singer. This was Amy Schumer's first time hosting. This is also the 2nd appearance and the first musical guest stint for The Weeknd.
