Hillary Rodham Clinton (born October 26, 1947) was the 67th United States Secretary of State, serving in the administration of President Barack Obama, and was also the United States Senator for New York from 2001 to 2009. As the wife of the 42nd President of the United States, Bill Clinton, she was the First Lady of the United States from 1993 to 2001.

She has been impersonated by Jan Hooks seven times from September 26, 1992 to May 7, 1994, by Janeane Garofalo on December 17, 1994 during the "Gifts for the Middle Class" sketch, by Ana Gasteyer sixteen times from November 15, 1997 to April 20, 2002, by Amy Poehler seventeen times from December 13, 2003 to February 18, 2012 which was also one of her most famous impersonations on the show, by Drew Barrymore on February 14, 2004 during the "Mike's Bar" sketch, by Rachel Dratch on February 4, 2006 during the "State of the Galaxy 2145" sketch where Poehler also impersonated her simultaneously and by Vanessa Bayer on December 4, 2010 during the "WikiLeaks: TMZ" sketch and on December 18, 2010 during the "Christmas Eve in Washington D.C." sketch. On October 5, 2013, Clinton was impersonated thrice during the "Piers Morgan Live" sketch; by Vanessa Bayer, guest host Miley Cyrus, and Kate McKinnon.

As Secretary of State, she tried to "reset" the US-Russia relations with a button, which he gave to Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov. The button was a red button in a yellow case similar to those found on industrial equipment, with the English word "reset" and the transliterated Russian word "peregruzka". Unfortunately, there was a typo on the Russian translation due to two missing letters, since "peregruzka" is actually the Russian word for "overcharged", and the correct translation would be "perezagruzka".

Hillary Clinton appeared in the Season Premiere of Season 41 (aired October 3, 2015) and on March 1, 2008 (hosted by Ellen Page). In 2015 she performed in a sketch playing a bartender named Val opposite Kate McKinnon (as Mrs. Clinton). She later introduced a musical performance by Miley Cyrus.
