Ellen Leslye Cleghorne (born November 29, 1965) is an American actress and comedian. Cleghorne is best known for her tenure being a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 1991 to 1995. Cleghorne is the second African-American female repertory cast member of the sketch comedy show, succeeding Danitra Vance in its eleventh season, the first black female cast member to stay on the show for more than one season, and the third black female cast member overall (with Vance and Yvonne Hudson).
