Daniel Frye is a wheezing, senile high school principal of Booker T. Washington High School who makes announcements at dances or other school events about the bizarre goings-on during school functions such as the Booker T. Trojan Horse mascot fornicating with a Nissan Sentra with a teacher still inside after someone fed it a bucket of Dr. Pepper and several Viagra tablets, someone spiking the punch with a bad substance getting the ex-con janitor in trouble for violating his parole, animal sightings, or acts of student fornication. He often refers to the troublesome students as "Jive-Time Turkeys."
