William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton (born August 19, 1946) is an American politician who served as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001, becoming the third-youngest president to be inaugurated at the age of 46. He was the 50th Attorney General of Arkansas from 1977 to 1979, and also the 40th and 42nd Governor of Arkansas from 1979 to 1981 and from 1983 to 1992.

Although he has never been on Saturday Night Live, Clinton has been impersonated by Phil Hartman eighteen times from March 14, 1992 to May 7, 1994, by Michael McKean twice on October 1, 1994 during the "Universal Health Care" sketch and on December 17, 1994 during the "Gifts for the Middle Class" sketch, by Darrell Hammond eighty-four times from October 28, 1995 to September 24, 2009, by Dana Carvey on October 26, 1996 during the "Bob Dole's Time Tunnel" sketch, and by Beck Bennett on October 5, 2013 during the "Piers Morgan Live" sketch. He defeated George H. W. Bush and was succeeded by George W. Bush, leading some to describe his administration as "sex between the Bushes". This is also a reference to the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal that caused Clinton's unsuccessful impeachment for perjury in 1998; he famously denied any sexual harassment allegations in a speech where he said "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie. Not a single time. Never. Those allegations are false, and I need to go back to work for the American people."

Clinton was born William Jefferson Blythe III in Hope, Arkansas. His biological father, William Jefferson Blythe Jr. died in a car accident before Bill was born. After his mother married Roger Clinton, Bill changed his last name to Clinton as a courtesy.

Bill Clinton's voice appeared in 1996 in a TV Funhouse Clinton Dole debate. Adam Sandler and other cast members did a "Casting for a new Bill Clinton skit". None of them were picked.

Clinton is known for his role in stopping the spread of terrorism, the economic growth during his tenure, as well has his impeachment following his alleged extramarital affair with Monica Lewinsky (which he famously denied by saying "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" during a speech).
