Adele Laurie Blue Adkins (born May 5, 1988), better known simply as Adele, is an English singer-songwriter and musician. She appeared on Saturday Night Live as a musical guest on October 18, 2008 where she performed "Chasing Pavements" and "Cold Shoulder", and on November 21, 2015 where she performed "Hello" and "When We Were Young". Her first appearance on SNL also boosted her career in the United States. She was impersonated by Aidy Bryant on the November 16, 2013 episode during the "The Worst Cover Songs Of All Time" sketch and the May 3, 2014 episode during the "Family Feud" sketch.
